It has taken a while to write this but we had a awful service from this company 18 months ago. Our order wasnt placed in the first instance then the wrong order was placed so it took 10 months to get some of the furniture then the rest of it didnt arrive at all and we had one hell of a job getting the money back that we had overpaid, constant requests were totally ignored, only just received the money back.
We purchased a doorstop on 15/02/2011 (Order No. 41). Our credit card was charged. The item was never delivered. Numerous inquiries have been ignored.
