ASHIANA BANQUETING HALL - HOUNSLOW, MI

Told to pay all remaining cash upon arrival. Bridal room had no toilet or mirror. The food was horrendous. Manager was in kitchen all event. Had no issue with staff or storages when asked upon regarding complaint. The entrance was unprofessionally worded on lined paper with old fashioned handwritten quote saying ''wedding party'' with arrow which felt almost as joke to the wedding day. Staff didn't move decoration to plan welcome for guests or on stage. It was tight space with no leg room. I moved stone heavy table ourselves. The manger claimed it is our fault for not asking for taste testing. They offered no coke instead has coke zero and cheap squash in place of juice. Our guests had told us after of everything they felt and saw to avoided ruining our day. chicken was dripping in oil. Instead said food finished, which is impossible due to number of guests. Hyderabadi chef didn't agree to add spice to cold Mogo chips at first. The wedges were cold and plain instead of spicy. They were still frying he said. The dessert common look or taste.They made venue settlement and claimed actual owner is abroad who turned out to be her husband.they are not afraid of court they told as reply to being asked if we can take action. When told I can make better Daal (Lentils), manager laughed and said, "OH REALLY”?One guest requested ice and they filled quarter of his cup instead.they had not even changed utensils like plates or cups when requested to. The food wasn't even warm. weirdest thing this claimed manager goes on to say some guests had bought their alcohol and smoked inside the hall since he has video to back this up but could not show us. We didn't allow any of it and I'm sure the smoking claim was defiantly not true.I asked in advance about cake arrangement and therefore has bought my own knife and decoration although there turned up to be another knife on occasion.We were so stressed that we had forgotten all dance moves.No staff came out to We don't believe aircon was on as of later claims of having it. Out of those who turned up, 30 of 40 said food was bad.

I cannot believe that the management are refusing to write me an apology for cancelling my booked party saying that they for not serve Irish. Do you not understand the hurt that you have caused myself and my family. :(

I had a party at the Ashiana Banqueting Hall last month (26th December), the food was really nice and delicious, the staff was really friendly and approachable and in particular the manager Mr Azizi, who looked after us really well. I highly recommend this place to everyone because the food is brilliant, the place is amazingly beautiful and the price is good. I want to thank the Ashiana Team for making our experience so enjoyable one. Thank you guys.

I would highly reccomend this place for all the special function, I had my son 1st birthday party last month, it was a awesome place and fantastic food. Mr Ravi did a great job I am really happy because all our guests enjoyed. A very special thanks to Ravi for doing what he promised, my only concern is rest of the people who work there doesn't bother to help they should realise... But I am very happy at least Ravi promised and did a great job in all the arrangement, a special thanks to him. This venue is very attractive all our guests were impressed about the place and food,its of very good standard...
