This car wash caused several deep scratches to my Mum's previously immaculate car and when questioned upon this, the guy who washed it acted in an extremely rude, sexist and condescending manner towards her, when I called him out on his behaviour he got aggressive. Unbelievably unprofessional. They offered us no compensation whatsoever, not even our money back, due to the metallic finish of the car it's probably going to be a big job, and when it's done we're going to present them with the bill.
