Everything was okay at the start, the staff were really friendly they got the job done and helped move everything in the unit. When me and my husband were moving into a new house we rang the company telling them that we will need the items unpacked and delivered to our new house with the help of their staff. I was in a different city and my husband was the one who stayed with the staff to watch while they unpacked and fixed everything together. I came back to my new home to notice that my new furniture was chipped and damaged!! Screws were missing and the wardrobe fell apart the next day!!!! I was not happy with the service so my husband rang to tell them and also wanted to ask if someone could come and fix it properly as we paid for this extra service. The man who worked there said that they wouldnt do anything about it and that we had to pay extra when we paid the full amount already!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Would definitely NOT recommend this to anyone especially if you want your furniture coming back how you kept it! So UNHAPPY with the Leicester Safestore
