Got a good deal on the furniture and had most of it delivered promptly. However, the six cushions that were part of the deal never materialised. 2 months and many phone calls later still being fobbed off by the owner, E**** A*****. Now I am buying the cushions myself. My recommendation is don't leave yourself in a situation where you are reliant on E**** for any after sales service. Oh and by the way he swears a lot (after the deal is secured).
Today we had an oval table, 6 chairs with cushions etc., parasol/base and a garden seat delivered. It was on the day agreed and at the time agreed. Everything was in perfect condition and the whole transaction was a delight from start to finish. Edgar is great to do business with!
