Never again! – In 20 years of booking venues for training courses, I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such an unprofessional and unreliable organization. We booked online then they send email to cancel, as they say they advertised the wrong costs. I had since sent joining instructions to our candidates. I then call them and agree higher price. This company then sends message again to say booking cancelled again, as they have already given the room to someone else. Professional organisations need to book a venue and know it’s sorted. If you are looking for a reliable and loyal booking service, then don’t book here, I know we will never want to see or hear from them again.
