Very disappointed with the way we’ve been treated.
Rang to make an appointment to view a rental property, that had only just gone on the market. Told only availability was for an appointment at 4.15 pm on the following Tuesday but that was unsuitable for us to get there for that time from work (most people work at least 9-5 at least), or only other appointment available was a week later at 12pm Friday, meaning going during lunch break. Assured property would be left on market for the week when I asked, as I was concerned it would be gone before we’d had chance to view it. So we booked the Friday appointment. Received text on the day of supposed viewing, saying our viewing had been cancelled due to multiple applicants already! Very unfair, not our fault we had to wait a week as they had no viewing appointments! Not a good way to conduct business!

From the initial valuation of our property, to the quick and efficient sale, the Humberstones team have been a delight. Everyone has shown us great kindness, with a personalised caring approach. They kept us fully informed, nothing was too much trouble and they worked hard to sell our property. We would definitely recommend this service team.
