Unfortunately the offers are misleading and verging on dishonest. Staff incredibly blasé, uniformed and unhelpful. Disappointing

I moved to Gisleham 4 years ago and this is the best fish and chip shop. Never been disappointed and the staff there are friendly and always smiling.

Many of the other stores are much more expensive and you don't have nearly as many choices as here, there are more than enough products.

The one stop shop is one of the best stores in Lowestoft they are happy and friendly and helpful .and always welcoming .one of the best shop by a mile from Edwina

Simply appalling Chips disgusting haddock ruined by grease laden batter; Don't Use.

Worst food by far, steer clear of the kebabs, they will hospitalize you!
