Can't thank Thomson removals and storage enough for all their help in our removal via storage. Staff were so polite and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was a problem. Thanks for taking the stress out the move. All the best to a fab team .
Our furniture was in storage for 6 weeks two items broken when furniture was delivered we have been offered £40 compensation for each item as we had not taken out our own insurance. We were not informed we needed extra insurance for our furniture . I had assumed as it was their storage facility that they would be insured . Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company not happy with the way my complaint was dealt with. It’s a great pity as the boys who packed and unpacked the van couldn’t have been nicer and very professional. But you could end up seriously out of pocket if anything goes wrong.
I thought was supposed to be stressful. Thomson staff very polite and competent. The men that moved me and also put items in storage beforehand couldn't do enough. They worked hard, we're polite and courteous. A fantastic service
