Impossible to phone this shop without using premium rate numbers & then you get an answering machine keeping you on line for 2-5 minutes. Unfair!
Really poor knowledge and customer service. Waited 30 mins without even been communicated to. When I asked how much longer I would need to wait a surly reply “i am downloading data to a new phone”. I had to press to get an answer as to how much longer I would probably need to wait. Eventually, when I managed to see someone, no apology for the wait, unable to answer my questions about charges incurred abroad. Gave misleading information and generally had no empathy with the customer. Customer centricity is certainly lacking in this store, particularly from the female who I spoke to. A really poor experience.
Told they would phone me on Friday 8th Jan to let me know if my pay as you go phone I ordered on the 6th was in I have been phoning them since 9am all I got was answering phone I have now left 4 messages and still no one has got back to me I am now going in to Redditch to sort it out very bad service I would not recommended this shop to any body
