I went in to ask for the morning after pill which I must point out, ALL women are entitled to no matter what. So I waiting to speak to a consultant and normally when this happens they will take you into a private room and ask you a few questions about your cycle ect..The consultant came out and started giving me the third degree in front of other members of staff, it has to have been one of the most embarrassing experiences of my entire life. I literally had no idea what to do other than stand there and listen to her tell me that I shouldn’t be taking the morning after pill and that I’m wrong for using that method of contraception. I was absolutely mortified. At the end of being VICTIMISED by the consultant she told me she didn’t even have any in stock and so I had to try the boots on the high street. I must also point out that when i got to the one on the high street I was taken to a private room, asked questions kindly and sold the correct form of morning after pill. I will be calling boots and letting them know of this expirience because I feel no young woman should be made to feel how I was that day. Scarred for life.

why have you cut the opening hours and created queues for prescriptions,lloyds in malmesbury,open longer hours and no long queues,i will be changing my chemist
