Not honest at all. I paid good money for an expensive laptop. But they have sent me a refurbished one. They did not mention on the website that it is a refurbished laptop. I can buy exactly the same one from PC world for the same money but brand new. I would advise everyone not to use them. Also you have to pay for delivery. Even if the item is over £1800. Delivery is neither free not reliable.
