I do not usually leave reviews however this
warranted a warning to all planning to leave
gadgets for repair with this company.
Worst service ever as left my Dr Dre Beats
headphones with store for repair and the
owner Arrun Shibber made excuse after excuse
in order to not return the item back. I made
endless journeys to store in Wolverhampton
only to be told come back in a few hours,
next day or the week after. Once I attended
furher excuses were made. The owner Arrun is
untrustworthy and companies houses shows the
lack integrity this company demonstrates.
After refusing to leave the shop, Arrun said
the item is with the 'engineer' however as I
refused to leave, the headphones materialised
still broken and the so called director,
Arrun was rude. If you want a repair find a
reputable firm and do not use these
unprofessional bunch.
