I found this to be a very expensive shop. Supposedly value added but I didn't personally see any extra value!
As a family we have had a Support Package with Boldmere Computers for the last 11 years. I could not fault the service they have provided us. Our Support Package covers all aspects of repair and maintenance as well as anti virus software. The engineers come out to our home if we have an issue and are always friendly and more than helpful. They provide us with recent news and information on scams to be aware of which unfortunately in this day in age are becoming more and more common. We look forward to our continued relationship with your company.
