BOLDMERE COBBLE PRINT - SUTTON COLDFIELD, WE

I had my drive done 5 years I ago with Cobbleprint and was promised a service of a 3 year reseal , more or less I noticed that the deal on the drive showed tyre marks ,as I'd in a previous house had a concrete drive done and done my research I knew this shouldn't be so , so Darren and his men came and brushed over the patches and said if I had anymore problems to call them out !....the finish stayed the same but as I was having a lot of work done in my house ,I decided to wait for my 3year reseal ....and wait I did !!
On the 3rd year I phoned the office to speak to Louise ...I was too of the list !
This continued , the weather was too wet !, The weather was too hot !
4th year weather ,well weather was weather !!, But guess what !I am still too of the list !
I decided to email , the email system apparently doesn't always work , I started to get cross ,Louise said I could sign a 2 week disclaimer ...never received it .
I carried on phoning still with promises ,I was too of the list , she remembered my email in which I'd also mentioned a crack
We are coming into the 5th year now and a month ago my neighbor cracked my drive , so against my better judgement I asked Louise to get Darren to come and repair it my neighbor was going to pay ...still no return call ...me chasing ...nothing so my neighbor repaired it ...I phoned Louise still asking again when they were coming to do my reseal , she said that my guarantee would not be valid and that the reseal was only complimentary ??...and that the guarantee did not cover cracks and that Darren would phone me back as he seemed to be under the impression that I'd had my free 3 year reseal ...2months after I'd had my drive done to correct a fault with the sealing !!
Don't believe this company if they say they are going to do something ...It's rubbish !!....they just want your money ! Any customer service after is dreadful ,they will never return your calls , they duck and dive and worm their way out of any promises , they try and stall at any opportunity , probably with the purpose of the 5 year guarantee being no longer valid !
Louise is now saying mine is no longer valid because repaired I had a crack repaired .....But my guarantee which covers exactly what ? Was out of date anyway with all the stalling this company has done!
I would not recommend Cobbleprint ,customer service is appalling !!
Don't waste your time or breath trying to get them to come back to you !
You will have more chance of getting someone who knocks on your door and asks if you want your drive done back !!
