This company sold me so called compatible cartridges that caused total failure of the head and promised to refund the cost for the head - in writing and admitting liability. When attempts were made to give them payment details my continuing e-mail address for them suddenly became 'undeliverable' - they continue to ignore me and do not answer their telephone. Absolutely shocking behaviour and totally unacceptable. Customers should be made aware of this. Their e-mails have been recorded.

Purchased 4 UIE1631/1621 4 UIE 1632/ 1622 4UIE 1633 /1623 UIE 1634/1642. These Inks are not acceptable for use on my Epson WF2630WF Unable to find Email address to ask for a refund... As the printer was purchased with Epson inks already installed only just started to replace these inks'' PIE-16XL-4set-14.. But they were sold as replacements for the Printer WF-2630WF
