Very poor at taking phone orders for hire equipment that should be delivered on a certain day. Arrived on a Sunday to find no hired goods had been delivered to site. Rang branch on the Tuesday (bank holl Monday) to be told by M*** he hadn't delivered it!! I'm now going to send head office an invoice for compensation with a formal complaint against M*** as he doesn't even return calls!!
Driver today (new fella, didn't get his name) dropping at Charlesfield Rd this morning was amazing. Nice and early, smart, helpful and made my delivery a pleasure - legend mate! Even wore his PPE at the appropriate times, couldn't fault him!
