In 21 years of trading the worst company I have ever come across how they are trading in this day and age beggars beleif

Cheaperwaste Ltd could not even worse if they tried. Expensive price for a bin collection, missed collections, no one answers the phone, no one answers emails, webchat keeps you waiting for ages, staff are rude and obstructive, they chase you with debt collectors when you leave their 'rubbish' rubbish service. No wonder Trading Standards are investigating! There is a Facebook group called "Cheaperwaste unhappy customers" who offer support and advice to the very many unhappy customers.

Avoid like the plague. Avoid avoid avoid avoid. Don't go near the you will regret it

Can you post without a star ?. This company is rubbish. Their (lack of) customer service is so good, you would need to study it for years. You could not be this bad without training.

This is not a company it is just a bunch of people ripping off small businesses! At a time when SMEs need all the help they can get - this company get you to sign up with false promises to be the best, cheapest and most efficient organisation to get your business waste collected! This couldn’t be further from the truth! They take your money and lock you into a contract that they know will mislead you! Your bins will not be picked up regularly and you’ll start getting massive hidden charges! If you cancel then the bayliffs start! Do not make the mistake 1,00s of others have!
