This is a totally c*** company. from never keeping to the date of fitting. very poor after sales service.One of my windows cracked within a week of fitting and they don't want to know..... they are great at getting your money , then that's it. I had broken light fittings. cement everywhere. they let my dog out on to a busy road. impossible to contact them through e-mail , phone and post. wish I hadn't wasted my money. the catches are faulty and jam up. sue belton
This is the worst company to deal with. They are very good at being nice when they sell you the windows and doors. Not so nice when their workmen do not turn up, full of excuses. Not so nice when you are not happy with the poor workmanship they are trying to get away with. Pushy and even bullies.
