Would help if they get their facts straight when booking an appointment for a gas safety inspection!

The 5 stars I’m giving is for Ben and big h the 2 engineers that attended my neighbours property.my neighbours are old and both in bad health and shielding and isolating...these two men were very kind and polite and came with masks .gloves and foot coverings.nothing was too much for them...they got there hot water working and were very greatful to you.especially being so kind....can’t say that for T brown.....you call them up as our housing association is Hyde and have provided us with T brown call out numbers then t brown decide to pass the buck too Hyde which is nothing to do with Hyde then you get cut off then call t brown again and they do the same thing........some serious communication breakdown with who ever answers out of hours calls.....but hey ho.....Ben and big h saved the day... ??

I phoned today with a heating problem Within a short while a very pleasant young man called fixed the problem quickly and evrything working well now This has been my experience with T Brown repairs for many years now Employees are always pleasant efficient helpful workers l would recommend to anyone.

Very poor company never turned up on time for gas safety check they came late and said we couldn't get in no phone call to say there running late the first one they said they couldn't gain entry due to door being locked they need to learn how to communicate with public why Sw9 uses them last year waited neatly 2 months for them to fix our boiler in the winter time
