I contacted Garden4Less a couple of years ago about watering equipment. I found the email printouts a few weeks ago when I was doing a clear out. I sent 4 before I got a reply. You'd think they'd be motivated. I was buying the equipment in volume. But the reply was unhelpful + gave no details when the items would be available to buy. I contacted them again this Spring. This time it was about plants. One plant was showing available + the other said to contact for get a date when available. So I phoned 4x + left messages. I emailed. More that a few weeks have passed - nothing. When I looked around on the internet I found they were more a gardening maintenance company than a mail order supplier. There were only a couple of reviews about buying plants from them. The Reviews were all very poor. They made the same comment about a lack of communication. Why doesn't Garden4Less contact? I can understand if there are problems - but not when you're trying to buy. I am giving Garden4Less a miss in future.
