This courier company is NOT a member of The National Courier and Despatch Association. They have stolen the logo of the awarding body site and placed on their website without paying or permission. I rang to complain and was told there not a member. I have been verbally abused by their courier. Sworn at and laughed at, and office denied any responsibility for the way their courier spoke to me. Please do not use this company, you have no idea who is coming to your door and know where you live. I have had to call the police and file a report against this man due to his abuse and now knowing where I live. Head office will not accept responsibly. AVOID AVOID AVOID. After the companies response on their OTHER FB PAGE- it shows they do not and will not acknowledge I was threatened outside my own home and apologise to me. Instead they choose work relationships over the safety of the public. This man was not even contacted on the same day to discuss what happened- they rang him the next day. This shows how seriously they took my complaint.
