Having just received your Christmas catalogue and needing either another coat or fleece
to wear for the approaching winter months, I perused the catalogue with interest until
I found something which appeared 'to fit the bill'. Rather than resort to mail order, as I normally do,
I 'phoned your Bicester Avenue outlet and spoke to Fiona from that outlet. She was most helpful,
telling me that the item that I was interested in was in stock, as a result of which I drove to Bicester
to examine what was on offer. Fiona continued to be most helpful, showing me various options
and giving me advice when I tried on a number of coats and fleeces. In the end, with Fiona's help,
I decided to buy a fleece with which I am most delighted and a pair of denim trousers to complement it.

Apart the help and assistance that Fiona gave me before I bought over £60's worth of goods, I was
most impressed with her personality and demeanour. It is so refreshing in these days of computers
and robotic communication to be able to speak to someone with intelligence and a sense of humour!
