Since first communicating with this company nearly five months ago they have not responded to any of my many requests to do so subsequent to the initial survey. Many promises of replies within 5 days have been broken. I am very disappointed.
I received the company publicity and
completed a form. I received a call,
answered questions and was given a date and a
time slot.
I have subsequently read reviews about this
company and they concur with my experience. I
spent the afternoon waiting but received no
contact and no apology for the appointment
not being honoured. I imagine the way it
works is that they make many more
appointments than they need in a particular
area and do a few. They make no expectation
on themselves to turn up to an arranged
appointment and see no reason why they should
inform those they let down about their
intention not to appear.
Shoddy.
