No respect to the tenants. The moment you
sign your contract you're pretty much on your
own. It's hard to get anything done. Numerous
calls to the agency are required to have them
do anything and usually they refer you to a
report link on their website that doesn't get
things done anyway. Cleaning crew promised
every fortnight turned out to be a bimonthly
thing and not very regular either. Many
promises to different tenants in my house
were broken including room selection
(better-looking rooms shown at viewings and
then lower quality/less popular rooms rented
in the end - people don't complain for the
peace of mind).
They've also increased the number of tenants
and changed our living room into another
bedroom without asking and/or giving us
notice. Basically, one day we just found out
we no longer have a living room and that
there is another person moving in.
I have no doubt that this is the worst
letting agency I've ever come across.
