My mother ordered varifocals from this store. She ended up having to make numerous visits as the spectacles had not been made correctly. G*******, the dispensing optician failed to acknowledge the fault of the lens being placed into the rimless frame incorrectly by the lab technician. The lens was misaligned and my mother had to point this out. It was clear to see when lining up on a ruler. It was clear that Georgina did not want to admit fault. Had she apologised immediately and rectified the issue rather than suggesting the lab to have a look and then for mum to go back AGAIN, my mother would have been quite accepting and understanding. However as there was no apology for the error and no immediate replacement lens ordered to be fitted correctly, my mother requested a refund. For a quick accurate and efficient service, I wouldn't recommend this store!
