Not happy with my stone cold pizza and 3 phoncalls back off the staff at 2am sayin my husband hasn't paid!! When he has by card and they have lost the receipt, head office phone call will be made

Absolutely disgusting service placed an order online totalling £46, I rang them and placed the order at 3.39am have the email to prove it, after an hour rang them and spoke to a very rude lady who put me on hold for 10 mins I had to ring back, then spoke to a man who told me I'd given them the wrong telephone number an assured me my order was on its way. Now 2 hours later I ring again and the manager answers saying I'd given them the wrong telephone number and the driver returned back to the shop and that we are not only getting our food but we would have to wait 5-7 working days for them to refund the money I'd already spent online for my food. Absolute disgrace, we have always been loyal customers of dominos, but after this disgraceful experience, we will not be ordering with any branch ever again
