Worst estate agent i have ever dealt with, they seem to not know anything on the process of selling and buying a property, didnt know they had to send any docs to sols to progress a sale. Really unhelpful on the phone. Have always asked from numerous callbacks from manager which i never get as the actual estate agents hasnt a clue what they are doing. Stay away if you can.
