Not a good venue. Room was cold and heating was via one convector heater that didn't heat the room. Also upon arrival was asked for my personal debit card although company payed. I was told its like a bond incase I over spend or cause damage. As if , I had enough allowance for food and a shift worker. I was told when I leave it would go straight back into my account. I left this morning and checked at reception and was told yes we will fund your account straight away. Got home checked no sign of my money. Phoned was told a mistake and will refund now. Checked again this evening and surprise they still got my money. They took 100.00 from me for know reason and I have been given. Excuses and more excuses. Room was cold one convector heater that's didn't work and was noisy. Food wasn't good value and they took my Money for no reason and it seems I'm given the run around. They ask how can we make your stay a 10 out 10. Give me back what you took from me for a start. I've stayed in better hotels I travel a lot and have never been lied to and had money taken from me by any other hotel in this way.
