RGB PLUMBING AND HEATING - LONG EATON, NO

I found Rick through Cylex and we were very satisfied with the first job he did for us in the kitchen. When we decided to renovate the bathroom I called him. We agreed the time/cost and he made arrangements with my builder for re-tiling. I am afraid I have to say he let me down and caused a lot of troubles. We had prepared the bathroom for him in the morning to start his job. We disconnected the shower, took down the tiles and floor but he never turned up, did not answer the phone or replied to my messages. The builder has been messed up, as he could not go ahead and re-tile the bathroom the day after and lost a working day. I was left without a bathroom and I found myself back to square one. Sorry Rick you have been a disappointment, you could have at least phoned me a couple of days before and tell me you could not do the job. It doesn't take too much effort.
