I have been into Smiths now several times, to
the Post Office. For some reason every time I
get hostility. If you ask a question, or
something awkward maybe, you are treated as
a nuisance and the 'we're only trying to do
our job' excuse.
For example, I wanted to buy stamps, you know
stamps what post offices sell? No, I was told
they don't have them and everything has to be
weighed and printed now. Have a look at Royal
Mail shop - guess what? they sell
stamps.
