Agree with previous reviewers and wish I had read the reviews about the owner. He would not accept bank transfer or payment over the phone and ended up walking out on us. He was incredibly arrogant and rude. We have since learned that he was actually going to sell us a straight stair lift, which was not possible to actually fit due to the angle of the stairs and we needed a curved one. Do not use this company.

I am completely disgusted by the service provided by liftech. The man who came to fix my grandmothers stairlift who I assume runs the business was rude to put it mildly, threatening, sarcastic and highly offensive. He also took her stair lift from the house and kept it for 2 days just to replace the battery which we were told was not necessary when we decided to consult other stairlift professionals. Therefore uneccesarily putting my grandmother in danger. He then refused to refit the stairlift until we had payed the full amount in cash. At this point we had no idea if the stairlift had been fixed and were highly suspicious of this mans motives. It is despicable that this man is left to deal with vulnerable elderly people and I hope to take this matter further to prevent this man treating anyone else with such a lack of respect.

The manager of this company is rude and obnoxious. He has zero customer service skills. His staff member, fitted the stairlift for my parents, and he was ok, but then the owner/ manager(name of Roger) came to collect the money afterwards things changed. He completely ignored me and then proceeded to sit in a chair laughing while i struggled to adjust the chair so i could get up the stairs. Both myself and my mother asked him for help, but he ignored us. I confronted him about it and he told me to shut up and get back in the kitchen!!! Unbelievable. He should not be dealing with elderly people. My advice is do not use this company.
