Andrew Barclay's negligence and bad workmanship cost me and my neighbours thousands of pounds in damages after he installed a complete new gas central heating system to my property. Firstly he made me pay upfront and provided me with a start date and then he never began the job until 12 weeks later. He left me with no heating sytem to use, a flooded property, no electrics and holes in my walls. He also flooded the 2 properties below me. Avoid like the plague. He is a rogue trader.
