Very poor service from the male staff member. Wanted to get our door handle and locked changed, charged us £80 for a 2nd lock that could be picked up from B and Q for £15 and did not replace the handle. One month after the lock was installed it broke and the door could not be double locked, spoke to the man to come and fix it, did not arrive when asked and wanted me to remind him to come. when arranging to fix the door f he got very abusive to my wife on the phone and then when i called him same thing happened, started to shout and swear on the phone. did not want to fix the door and is not worth reasoning with the man. Total waste of time in dealing with the man.
