BEAUTY & BEYOND - PINNER, MI

I went to have my eyebrows tinted. The therapist did Not do a sample patch on me to see whether i would have an allergic reaction. She left it on for 25 mins and all seemed fine. The next day my eyebrows were a deep red and itching me. I called the salon the day after and explained what had happenened the receptionist sugguested i come in and speak to the manager. My eyebows were red and itchy for 4 days. I went and saw the manager and basically she refused to even offer any sort of compensation and was making excuses on why i may have had the reaction on my eyebrows. She (C***) managers name was very unhelpful. I was shocked and surprised at her attitude and will never be visiting Beauty and Beyond in Pinner. Pinner Resident.
