Worst Evans store .Staff unhelpfull

Well where do I start? Took a lady I supported to this store and because they didn't have in the store what we wanted I was assisted to order on line by the manager who was very nice. Shopping ordered and was due to be delivered next day however 2 days went by no parcel so I called them them and was told was in transit and would be delivered that night or next day but still no parcel, called them again and was told the parcel had gone missing in transit so after several angry calls all done by me not them i ordered same again this time I would pick them Up in store this time I received an email from Yodel telling me my parcel was in store ready to pick up. A colleague of mine went to the store and no parcel and after again several angry phone calls was told parcel had yet again went missing. I even had to fight to get my money refunded. This store is a disgrace and their staff have no clue what they doing. Customer service is a joke.
