i would like to thank the young lady who,s name i never got at the edge lane customer sevice desk for solving the problem of my wifi it worked great and saved me a lot of stress thanyou so much you were a little gem i was there today at lunch time well done curry,s for having such helpful staff ,
Product was fine and great value for money but the sales assistant M. was awful. I was with my 11yr old son buying a laptop for him on what was supposed to be a happy occasion, this wasnt to be due due to the constant badgering of me to buy this add on and that add on. When i told her i was on a strict budget and couldnt afford it she put her eyes to heaven and sniggered implying i was lying. She did exactly the same with a couple who were looking at a hoover (who she went over to mid conversation with me). At one point i was going to leave the store and shop elsewhere such was the absolutely woeful service i recieved from this wretched woman. when i recieved my change and ready to leave she smuttered something along the lines of 'you'll be sorry'(for not taking out £7 a month insurance). The woman was a nightmare. i've gave a 1 star rating purely for the product which was excellent otherwise it would be zero
