MCDONALD'S LIVERPOOL - LIVERPOOL, ME

After ordering breakfast at the drive was given the drinks and asked to park up and the order would be brought over. Waited 15minutes and still no sign so went in the chase up were I was shocked to see the order bag on the hot plate sitting there. Expressed my displeasure to the manger with some colorful words. The manager asked if the order was complete to one of servers and was told it was 9Was offered a free desert but declined) On arriving home found the order is incomplete. Phone to complain and ask for a replacement to be delivered as it was their mistake and was told they could not do that if I want the correct order I would have to come and get it. After a lively discussion to say the least I have manage to get it agreed that I can come in and have a full refund. The attitude to say the least seems to be if they make a mistake you have to sort it out at your own expense. They should have asked for my address and put the food in a Taxi at the very least. I will also be writing directly to their head office on this matter as for an American based company who is supposed to provide themselves on customer services this fall woefully short.
