Fine if your buying a mobile phone or iPad , there great to deal with very friendly, Now fast forward a few months you have a problem, you will be told were just a shop you will have to ring EE help line And we can't ring on your behalf. Had a iPhone unlocked from EE through Aintree store it took me 3 trips before they said yes we can take your details another 2 Journeys because there was a final process to go through, sorry we can't help you , they didn't have a clue My friends son done it in 10 minutes. Manager there a skin head lad was most ignorant. Give them a miss
No choice but to actually give EE Aintree one star. Assistant Manager M****** gave the most appalling customer service. Obviously re-training wouldn't go amiss. Signed up for anew iPhone 7. Agreed the cost, signed the contract then as I was leaving he said actually the monthly cost is slightly more........! Then after returning the phone the very next day, it took him over 3 weeks to sort my previous contract out. Go anywhere else but EE Aintree.
