Kept me waiting for more than half an hour without even an offer of coffee. No apology or explanation was offered for the delay. Appallingly offhand attitude - dreadful customer service.
Always warm and welcoming, they cut my and my family's hair fantastically. So good with the children going that extra mile at very good prices. Would 100% reccomend and I've tried many salons over the years !!
Stunning setting great cut & colour . The owner was attentive and talented very busy but managed to maintain a one w one experience .
recently went to this beautiful salon was really impressed by the setting and my hair was great . however the manageress was lacking in cusomer service obvously there are leadership problems !!!! the rest of the staff were polite professinal and did a great job but i wont return as she tbh gave me the willies !!!
