Very poor service. After removing ingrown toenail left a shard in. Tries to remove without anaesthetic and then when 3montha later was still in and turned infected wouldn't answer phone calls.
Alan was brilliant. He replied to my message on a Sunday and managed to fit my child in the very next day. My child was treated for an ingrown toenail - a fiddly job on someone that small who can’t keep still! But Alan treated him quickly and he’s been so much better ever since. I would definitely recommend them.
I was sorry to read of someone's poor review so I thought I would just put the record straight. Both my wife and I have used this service for a few years and have nothing but praise for their professionalism and caring treatment.
