you think you wont get hassled going round but you do then they try the hard sell on creams cleaners etc I know they all do this but being told I cant clean certain things off when I have had many leathers sofas over the year was a it much. Then when is came to paying almost got charged an extra £100 for an app to work my electric recliner lucky for me I knew the price. The the delivery date I had picked it think you get about a weeks gap they rang said it was ready but we where not they where not happy said not my problem its in your store room not having it early. The sofa is fine looks the part really pleased the delivery guys where great as well now after 6 months got a problem with the electric just trying to get through on the premium line too see when it can be fixed

We visited the royton store twice this week just to make sure! There was no pressure sales as staff don't work on commission! Nothing was too much trouble for ginette she really helped us as we wanted fabric but didn't realise you can have any fabric instead of leather!! Well Done Royton Store..
