1st time used by my daughter & not happy. She
is a keyworker doing peoples picking for
delivery/click & collect. Very nervous of
Taxi's. Was pre booked for 3.30am to start
work at 4am. I double checked the booking was
in place a few hours before hand. It was
nearly 25 minutes late. No one answered when
she phoned until it finally arrived. Daughter
wet, cold, upset and very late, in trouble,
yet still charged full price. Totally
unacceptable & will be thinking twice before
using or recommending. Driver did say sorry &
did get her there however so only 2 stars
from us ?
