DPD tried to deliver my parcel earlier than the time slot given, meaning no one was in to collect it. So I paid extra for it to be delivered the next day rather than the following Monday which then was delayed to the Monday anyway because of an unforeseen issue. No refund was offered for the Saturday delivery. I phoned up and the lovely women said she’d get in touch with the depot to have them deliver my parcel that same day and they would phone me to confirm this. After no phone call all day I phoned DPD, they claimed that they had tried to phone me to let me know it wouldn’t be today I’d have my parcel delivered however I’d had no missed calls, they then told me that they couldn’t guarantee it could be delivered the next day. They were unable to give a reason as to why my parcel wouldn’t be delivered the day I’d paid for or even the following day. Awful customer service and communication. Still haven’t received my package and have wasted my day staying in waiting for this
