Excellent service purchased a PC they transferred data and security. When I got home tried to make connections (my fault marrying old with new) rang them twice they patiently talked me through the procedure and rang back hour later to see whether all was well. How's that for after sales service care. If you have tried the rest now try the best. thank you George and David

Excellent service and knowledge, sorted my son's gaming computer out which a few faults and for a very reasonable price. Drop computer off at 10am and was ready to collect by 2pm the same day. Would recommend to anyone who needs a local friendly service with knowledge and experienced. Wouldn't bother to go anyway else.

I called Laptop World to buy a Windows 10 installation USB pen drive that I needed after a system failure. Laptop World refused to help me even though I offered to pay a high price for their time and explained how important it was to get this item. It would have involved 10 minutes of their time to run the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to automatically create a USB boot drive. That's all! A complete refusal to help with this simple thing, with no reason given when I asked, is why they deserve 1 star. Avoid this company! They either don't know what they're doing or just can't be bothered to help.
