The designer costs me a deal and then when I
call up just after losing my Grandfather the
lady on the phone is rude then the manager
gets my account closed because I reacted and
asked for compensation and an apology.
Howdens in Brixton and Bow have now lost out
on deals and I'll be taking my customers to
Benchmarx now who know how to treat people

The rudest Howdens that I have been too . You just get ignored or spoken to rudely. Appalling customer service . A member of there team Russell Was extremely rude to me . Will not be going back there . Go to a different branch
