Had a problem with our boiler, Rebecca made an appointment for the next day but said if possible they would try to come later that day and would phone us in advance. They came 2 hours later, that was brilliant as we had no hot water or heating. When Paul and Rebecca arrived they not only took care of us but their selves also with there Excellent PPE.
