I placed an order to buy decking board frame on a Friday afternoon, and had a text at 9am Saturday to alert me that delivery would be within the next hour. Since then, a couple of times I've needed a few additional beams which I've collected instead of having delivered, and the staff have been friendly and fast. Their ordering system sends a text to telling you to give them 24 hours to get the order prepared and cut, but both times I've used the text chat on the website and got a quick reply to say that I could pop round straight away.
