A few days ago I had an appointment with Dr Zaidi, and he had us waiting outside for about 40 minutes with my pregnant wife. He went to get his keys after he opened the door, he didn't apologise after. After I told him that I was disappointed about this, he had an argument with me about it and force us to leave.
