Absolutely disgusting customer service skills. I'm a window cleaner for a fairly old couple in flats. Approximately June 2014 Homefair fitted 2 sets of vertical blinds. Bedroom/ livingroom. The bedroom there is no issue as they were fitted to wood. The living room on the other hand was fitted extremely poor. Amount the edge of the window frame is a plastic ( facia ) type material plastic. They fitted the blinds with less than 1 inch screws... Bearing in mind the plastic material is half an inch and the teeth on the screw were 3/4 inch long. Also the other 1/4 of an inch was a point. The manager i spoke to said that it was my fault the blinds came down and as soon as I noticed the issue my customers should have contacted them and not me. I expressed my concern regarding health and safety and was approached with a stroppy, unhelpful, unprofessional manager from the head office. Good look if you order from this company and have any issues.
